Double Fairlie 0-4-4-0T MERDDIN EMRYS gets away from Tan y Bwlch on the Ffestiniog Railway with a Blaenau Ffestiniog to Porthmadog train. 23rd May, 2009.Previous | Next2009/05/23.RD3635. The Festiniog Railway Company was incorporated by an Act of Parliament on the 23rd May, 1832. A commemorative plaque was installed at Tan y Bwlch station 175 years later on the 23rd may, 2007 and I took a picture of it two years later on the 23rd May, 2009.
